Harriet Runyan

Harriet was born in 1809 in Penn Yan, Yates, New York, USA.¹   Harriet's father was Benjamin Runyan.  Her paternal grandparents are John Runyan and Showers. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Nathaniel, Benjamin, Henry, John Gilderoy, Milo Augustus, Sabrina, Sabra, Melissa, Sarah, Millie and Mary.  She is the fifth oldest of the twelve children.
