James Rowland

James was born in 1751.¹ James' father was Augustine Rowland. His paternal grandfather was Robert Rowland and his paternal grandmother is Mary Hodge Hargrove. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Hosea, Isaac, Robert, Sherwood, Augustine, Christopher, Thomas M, Richard and Elizabeth. He is the second oldest of the ten children.
