Fred R Palmer

Fred R was born in 1863 in New York.¹ Fred R's mother was Julia G. Palmer. His maternal grandfather is Amos Palmer and his maternal grandmother was Martha. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Stephen, Wellington A, Sirenus, Amos, Albert, Sarah, Effie Serena, Francis Alvira, Effie and Betsy. He is the oldest of the eleven children.
