John Morris 
John was born in 1740 in NY, USA.1 John's father was John Morris and his mother was Jacomyntie White. His paternal grandparents were Lewis Morris and Elizabeth Almy; his maternal grandparents were Robert White and Frances Stanley. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Lewis, Robert, Richard, Thomas, Elizabeth, Mary and Frances. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 71 in 1811 in York, SC, USA.1 General Notes
