Cecil R Keeler 
Cecil R was born in 1925 in Kansas.1 Cecil R's father was Clarence J Keeler and his mother was Maude A Montgomery. His paternal grandparents were William Franklin KEELER and Minnie Butcher; his maternal grandparents were Monroe Oates Montgomery and Nancy Melvina Cantrell. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Howard R., Harold, James, Anna Marie and Irene. He has two half-sisters named Betty M and Living.-
