Howard R. was born on August 26th, 1917 in Stafford, Kansas. Howard R.'s father was Clarence J Keeler and his mother was Maude A Montgomery. His paternal grandparents were William Franklin KEELER and Minnie Butcher; his maternal grandparents were Monroe Oates Montgomery and Nancy Melvina Cantrell. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Harold, Cecil R, James, Anna Marie and Irene. He had two half-sisters named Betty M and Living. He died at the age of 75 on July 8th, 1993 in Ellinwood, KS.-
