Oscar C Bailey

Oscar C was born in 1902 in Ohio.¹   Oscar C's father was Frank E Bailey and his mother was Blanch I Bailey.  His paternal grandparents are John Bailey and Margaret. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Charles O, William A, Floyd O, Claud J, Calvin M, Ivan, Oren, Delpha A and Katherine Florence.  He is the oldest of the ten children.
