Delpha A Bailey

Delpha A was born in 1907 in Missouri.¹   Delpha A's father was Frank E Bailey and her mother was Blanch I Bailey.  Her paternal grandparents are John Bailey and Margaret. She had eight brothers and a sister, named Oscar C, Charles O, William A, Floyd O, Claud J, Calvin M, Ivan, Oren and Katherine Florence.  She is the fourth oldest of the ten children.
