Sarah Sally was born on October 10th, 1794 in Randolph Co, NC. Sarah Sally's father was Henry B. York and her mother was Margaret Lenderman. Her paternal grandparents were Jeremiah York and Sarah Seymour; her maternal grandparents were Henry Lenderman and Eve Dorothy ?. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Eli, Henry F., Leonard, Eve Dorothy, Elizabeth and Zilpha. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, Richard, Eli, Edmond, Samuel, Mollie, Susanah and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 40 on August 16th, 1835.-
