Marion York 
Marion was born about 1829. Marion's father was Jabez York and his mother was Elizabeth White. His paternal grandparents were Semore York and Sylvania L Aldredge; his maternal grandparents were John White and Ann Welborn. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Bohan W., Shubal, Chessie, Martha, Elizabeth, Jane and Maryann. He was the youngest of the nine children.-
