Alice Brun was born about 1224 in Arundel, Sussex, England.  Alice Brun's father was Hugh X Le Brun "The Brown" De Lusignan and her mother was Isabella de Taillefer.  Her paternal grandparents were Hugh IX De Lusignan and Matilda of Angouleme De Taillefer; her maternal grandparents were Aimer de Taillefer and Alix Adelaide De Joigny Courtenay Courtenay. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Hugh XI, Aymer, Geoffrey, Guy, William, Agnes, Isabelle and Marguerite. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Henry III of, Richard of, Eleanor of, Isabella of and Joan of.  She died in 1255 in Warren, Sussex, England.
