Matilda Of+ was born before August 5th, 1102 in London, Middlesex, England.  Matilda Of+'s father was Henry I Of+ Normandy and her mother was Matilda+ Of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were William I Of+ Normandy and Matilda Of+ Flanders; her maternal grandparents were Malcolm III Of+ Scotland and Margaret Of+ England. She had two brothers and a sister, named William Of, Richard Of and Euphemia Of. She had six half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Robert Fitzroy Of, Renaud De+, Henry+, Robert De Caen Of+, William De+, Robert, Sybilla Of+, Joan Elizabeth Of+, Mathilde Maud Of+, Maud Of+, Alice+, Constance+ and Emma+.  She died on September 10th, 1169 in Notre Dame, Rouen, Seine-Maritime, France.  She was buried in Bec Abbey, Le Bec-Hellouin, Eure, France.
