Mary Gaines

Mary was born on June 8th, 1768 in Culpeper, VA, USA.¹   Mary's father was Humphrey Gaines and her mother was Sarah Watts. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Henry, William, Frances Watts, Sarah, Esther, Hannah, Elizabeth Rebecca, Anne and Catherine.  She was the third youngest of the ten children. She had a half-brother named Richard H.  She died at the age of 71 in May 1840 in Boone, KY, USA.¹
