Mergin Stevense VAN VOORHEES 
Mergin Stevense was born in 1633 in Voor Hees, Ruinen, Drenthe, Holland. Mergin Stevense's father was Stephen Coerte van Voorhees and her mother was Willempie Roslofse Seubering. Her paternal grandparents were Coert Albertse van Voorhees and Mergin (Hendrikje); her maternal grandfather was Roelof Lukassen SEBRING and her maternal grandmother is (Mrs) SEUBERING. She had ten brothers and five sisters, named Hendrickjen Stevense, Merghin Stevense, Coert Stephense, Stevenson (Van Voorhees), Cheri Stevense, Johannes Coerte, Lucas Stevense, Jans Stevense, Albert Stevense, Abraham Stevense, Hendrickje Stevense, Aaltje (Aelte) Stevense, Altje Stevense, Jannetje Stevense and Hendrickje Stevense. She was the second oldest of the sixteen children. She died at the age of 69 on October 28th, 1702 in ,,Ns.General Notes
