Athelstan UNKNOWN

Athelstan was born in 0986.  Athelstan's father was Athelred (Ethelred) II 'The Unready' UNKNOWN and his mother was Elgiva UNKNOWN.  His paternal grandparents were Edgar 'The Peaceable' UNKNOWN and Elfrida Queen Of England. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Edgar, Edmund II "Ironsides", Edred, Egbert, Edwy, Edward, Edric, Edith, Elgiva, Wulfhilda and Dau Of Athelred II.  He was the oldest of the twelve children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Edward 'The Confessor', Alfred Atheling and Godgifu.  He died at the age of 28 in 1014.
