James OSGUTHORPE 
James was born in 1815 and his baptism took place in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. James' father was Thomas Osguthorpe and his mother was Ann KITSON. His paternal grandparents were John Osguthorpe and Betty ASHMORE; his maternal grandparents are John KITSON and Elizabeth Tetley. He had five brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Thomas, John, Joseph, Benjamin and Sarah Kitson. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 44 on July 12th, 1859.General Notes
