George Norton Harmon 
George Norton was born on October 29th, 1847 in Pavilion, Genesee Co., New York. George Norton's father was Norton Edward Harmon and his mother was Thankful Loretta Tanner. His paternal grandparents were Adanijah Harmon and Amanda Stannard. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Adelbert Delancy, Wister Brigham, Hyrum Francis, Joseph Franklin, Isreal Heber, Helen Eliza, Hannah Amanda, Evelyn Rosette, Carrie Cornelia, Isabell Augusta and Cynthia Erminie. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 80 on June 13th, 1928 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah. He was buried on June 17th, 1928 in Watsatch Lawn Cemetery, Salt Lake Co., Utah.General Notes
