Joseph HOLLINGSWORTH 
Joseph was born on May 10th, 1686 in Shellpot Creek, New Castle, Lawrence Co., PA and his baptism took place on January 10th, 1659 in Concord, Chester, Pennsylvania. Joseph's father was Valentine HOLLINGSWORTH and his mother was Ann Hollingsworth REE (REA). His paternal grandparents are Henry HOLLINGSWORTH and Catherine CORNISH; his maternal grandparents are Nicolas (Nicholas) REE and Ann Of TANDERAGEE. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Thomas, Samuel, Enoch, Valentine Jr., John, Enoch, Mary, Catherine and Ann. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 46 in 1732 in Orange County, VA.General Notes
