ROBERT II 'THE DEVIL' Duke Of Normandy

ROBERT II 'THE DEVIL' was born in 1004 in NORMANDY.¹   ROBERT II 'THE DEVIL''s father was RICHARD II 'THE GOOD' Duke Of Normandy and his mother was JUDITH Duchess Of Brittany.  His paternal grandparents were RICHARD I 'THE FEARLESS' Count Of Normandy and GUNNORA De CREPON. He had three brothers and four sisters, named RICHARD III, WILLIAM NICHOLAS, MAUGER 'THE YOUNG', Daughter Of RICHARD II, ELEANORA (JUDITH), ALICE ADELAIDE (JUDITH) and MARGARET.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 31 on June 22nd, 1035 in NICEA, BITHYNIA, TURKEY OF FATIGUE;RETURNING FROM HOLY LAND.¹ 

‌ROBERT II 'THE DEVIL' and HERLEVE (HARLETTE) were married in a religious ceremony in 1027.²   They had a son and a daughter, named WILLIAM I 'THE CONQUERER' and ADELIZA.
