ROBERT was born in 0916. ROBERT's father was Herbert II Count of VERMANDOIS and his mother is HILDEBRANT (LIEGARD Princess Of Neustria. His paternal grandfather was Herbert I Count of VERMANDOIS and his paternal grandmother is Bertha DE MORVOIS; his maternal grandparents were ROBERT I King Of France and ADELAIDE Princess Of France. He had four brothers and two sisters, named ODO, HERBERT III 'THE, ALBERT I (ADALBERT) 'THE, HUGH, ALICE (ADELAIDE ADELE) and LUITGARDE. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Robert and HILDEGARDE. He died at the age of 51 in August 0967.-
