Eustace I Count Of Boulogne

Eustace I was born in 1004 in Boulogne, Lorraine, France.  Eustace I's father was Baldwin Ernacule II Count Of Boulogne and his mother was Adele Countess Of Ghent.  His paternal grandfather is Gui Count Of Boulogne; his maternal grandparents were Arnulf Count Of Westfriesland and Luitgarde De Luxembourg. He had a sister named Maude.  He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Hugh and Elisenda.  He died at the age of 45 in 1049.

‌Eustace I and Mathilda (Maud) were married in a religious ceremony in 1019.¹   They had two sons and a daughter, named Lambert II, Eustace II and Gerberge.
