ISABEL was born in 1210 in THETFORD, NORFOLK, ENGLAND.1 ISABEL's father was HUGH BIGOD and her mother was Maud Marshall. Her maternal grandparents were Earl Of Pembroke Marshal William and Isabel Of Striguil. She had five brothers named RALPH, WILLIAM, ROGER, SIMON and HUGH. She was the third oldest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John, John, ISABEL and MAUD. She died at the age of 40 in 1250.1 General Notes
