Tavner Rucker 
Tavner was born about 1758 in VA, USA. Tavner's father was William Rucker and his mother was Elizabeth Smith. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Rucker and Tinsley. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Ambrose, William, Lemeul, Barden, Frances and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the seven children.-
