Samuel James Ridgway 
Samuel James was born on February 14th, 1846. Samuel James' father was Lemuel Thomas Ridgway and his mother was Elizabeth Hamblette. His paternal grandparents were James Ridgway and Elizabeth Tennison; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Hamblette and Sarah Wortham. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert Hamlet, J. Henry, Sarah A, Nancy Ann, Margaret, Martha C. and Frances. He died at the age of 81 on May 5th, 1927.
‌Samuel James and Mary Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on December 10th, 1869 in Hart Co., GA, USA. They had six sons and five daughters, named Noah J., Will T., John, Lemuel M., Guy, Lee N., Rinder, Mollie, Minnie, Emmar and Ethel.
