Ridgway was born after 1937. Ridgway's father was Dr. Robert Edwin Ridgway Sr., M.D. and his mother was Beth Ellen Locke. His paternal grandparents were Dr. George Thomas Ridgway M.D. and Katie Olivia Toole; his maternal grandparents were Fredrick Authur Locke and Annie Mclean Moffatt. He had a brother and three sisters, named Living, Living, Living and Living. He died due to Anencephalic after 1937.General Notes
