Mattie Ernest was born on January 19th, 1878 in Elizabethtown,Hardin Co.,Kentucky. Mattie Ernest's father was Robert Walker Warren and her mother was Elizabeth Reeves. Her paternal grandparents were Felix Grundy Warren and Elizabeth Frances Dearen. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Lee Elliot, Thomas David, Walter Henry, Mary Alice, Martha E., Anna Elizabeth and Ida May. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 84 on November 4th, 1962.-
