John Avery Warren 
John Avery was born on November 6th, 1844 in Green Co.,Kentucky. John Avery's father was Felix Grundy Warren and his mother was Elizabeth Frances Dearen. His paternal grandparents were Avery Warren and Margaret Compton. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Richard Thomas, Robert Walker, Joseph Dearen, Hugh Henry, Felix Grundy ,Jr., Mary Jane and Martha. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named James Isaac and Elizabeth D.. He died at the age of 70 on November 6th, 1914 in Ballinger,Runnels Co.,Texas.-
