Clarence Cecil was born on February 26th, 1923 in San Jose,California. Clarence Cecil's father is Albert Cecil Walker and his mother was Annie Lee Keahey. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Keahey and Lovella Miller. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert Woodbury, Alfred Kenneth, Marcella Mae, Evelyn Irene, Anna Lee and Jeanne Luella. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother named Francis Darwin. He died at the age of 67 on June 9th, 1990 in Sacramento,California.-
