Deliah Stewart

Deliah was born in 1782 in Surry Co.,NC.  Deliah's father was Hamilton Stewart and her mother is Elizabeth Bledsoe.  Her paternal grandparents are John Stewart and ? Hampton. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Hamilton, Benjamin Hamilton, John Clark, Anthony, Enoch, Evan A., Nathaniel and Abigail. She has five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John Clark, Anthony S., Enoch, Evan A., Nathaniel, Abigail and Deliah.

‌Deliah and James were married in a religious ceremony in 1798 in Hawkins Co.,TN.
