William Henry was born on September 7th, 1797 in Green Co.,Kentucky. William Henry's father is Jeremiah Skaggs and his mother was Rebecca Mayse. His paternal grandfather was James ,Jr. Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Mary Unknown. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Matthew, Stephen, Mary Elizabeth, Lydia and Rebecca. He died at the age of 62 on May 3rd, 1860 in Windyville,Edmonson Co.,Kentucky. He was buried in Bluehead Skaggs Cemetery,Windyville,Edmonson Co.,Kentucky.General Notes
