Lillie L. was born in April 1882. Lillie L.'s father is Marshall T. Skaggs and her mother is Luvina E. Poteet. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Wade Skaggs and Elizabeth Underwood. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William T., Roy W., Alice A., Lizzie B. and Sophia Ann. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 60 on September 25th, 1942 in Taylor Co.,Kentucky. She was buried in Otter Creek Baptist Church,Larue Co.,Kentucky.-
