Elvira Scrogin 
Elvira was born on April 6th, 1835 in Kentucky. Elvira's father was Benjamin Scrogin and her mother was Pamelia M. Bohannon. Her maternal grandparents were William Bohannon and Jane 'Jennie' Wilcoxson. She had two brothers and five sisters, named William Samuel, John Coleman, Louisa, Jane Catherine, Frances A., Amelia(Pamelia) and Joanna(Joseph Ann) 'Josie'. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 77 in 1912 in Kentucky.-
