Maggie Jane was born on May 3rd, 1891 in Jasper County,MS. Maggie Jane's father was Robert Newton Satcher and her mother is Sallie Jane McFarland. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Satcher and Susan Merrill. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John Hugh, William Watson, George Robert, Paul Simeon, James Madison, Flora Bertha and Sadie Susan. She died at the age of 88 on November 10th, 1979.General Notes
