Rachael was born in 1789. Rachael's father was Reuben Roark and her mother is Sylvia Skaggs. Her maternal grandfather was Henry Skaggs and her maternal grandmother is Mary Thompson. She had two brothers and a sister, named John, William and Sally. She is the second oldest of the four children.-
