Rachel Victoria Oxley 
Rachel Victoria was born on June 6th, 1859 in Williamson Co. Texas. Rachel Victoria's father was Enoch Oxley and her mother was Rachel Smalley. Her paternal grandparents were William Henry Oxley and Jane Binley; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin F. Smalley and Mary Liggett. She had a brother and three sisters, named James Louis, Sophrania Ann, Victoria and Prudence. She was the third oldest of the five children. She had six half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Lawson, Everett, Samuel Copeland, James Asa, Benjamin Smalley, John Milton, Mary Jane, Susan Catherine, Cynthia Ellen, Sarah E., Mary Elizabeth and Barbara Ellen. She died at the age of 80 on November 26th, 1939 in Moran,Shackelford Co.,Texas. She was buried in Johnson Cemetery,Moran,Shackleford Co.,Texas.-
