Virginia Caroline was born on September 3rd, 1874 in Hoke Co.,North Carolina. Virginia Caroline's father is John Daniel McLeod and her mother was Isabella Amanda Currie. Her maternal grandparents were John Calvin Currie and Margaret Keahey. She had six brothers and three sisters, named William Angus, Malcolm McNair, John Calvin, Erdman Polk, James Newton, Norman, Lettie Elberta, Helen and Margaret Keahey. She died at the age of 41 on August 2nd, 1916 in Leggett,Texas.-
