John Findley Keahey

John Findley was born on March 12th, 1845 in Dale Co.,Alabama.  John Findley's father is John Keahey and his mother is Sarah Elizabeth Methcalf.  His paternal grandfather was George Keahey and his paternal grandmother is Sarah McFarland. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, William, George, Samuel, Thomas Jefferson, Mary Ann and Sara P..  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 81 on November 19th, 1926 in Dothan,Alabama.

‌John Findley and Sara E. were married in a religious ceremony on January 25th, 1874 in Panola Co.,Texas.  They had two sons and a daughter, named James Albert, George Harvey and Mary E..
