Jesse Kye was born on November 5th, 1900 in Skippers Gap,Texas. Jesse Kye's father was Henry Alexander Keahey and his mother was Claudia Mickey Long. His paternal grandparents were Elijah John ,Jr. Keahey and Margaret Ophelia Hamilton. He had two brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Roy Taylor, Ernest, Lola Lee, Lila Mae, Ernestine, Lora and Unknown. He died at the age of 82 on March 11th, 1983 in Denton,Texas.-
