Nancy Howell

Nancy's father was Fred Howell and her mother is Charlotte Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents were Isaiah Whitfield Skaggs and Elizabeth F. Johnson. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Austin, Fred, Otis, Paul, Walter, Mary Catherine, Ruby and Daisy.
