Fred Howell

Fred was born on November 12th, 1921. Fred's father was Fred Howell and his mother is Charlotte Skaggs. His maternal grandparents were Isaiah Whitfield Skaggs and Elizabeth F. Johnson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Austin, Otis, Paul, Walter, Mary Catherine, Nancy, Ruby and Daisy. He died at the age of 1 on January 19th, 1923.
