Charles Frank was born on April 2nd, 1935 in Fredonia,Mason Co.,Texas. Charles Frank's father was Thomas Anthony Gifford and his mother was Maude Elizabeth Cromeans. His maternal grandparents were William Thomas Cromeans and Sarah Elizabeth Taylor. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Winford Dale, Living, Lillian Louise, Hazel Mae and Clara Sue. He died at the age of 65 on August 8th, 2000 in Kerrville,Kerr Co.,Texas. He was buried in Adams-Tuff Cemetery,Bandera Co.,Texas.-
