Wayne Otis was born on February 28th, 1908. Wayne Otis' father was William P. Etherton and his mother was Margaret Jane Huber. His paternal grandparents were Milton P. Etherton and Harriett Ann Edwards Skaggs. He had a brother named Howard Ray. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 61 on August 6th, 1969. He was buried in Red Hill Cem.,Hodgenville,Kentucky.-
