John Cook 
John was born in 1803 in Kentucky. John's father was Seth Cook and his mother was Frances 'Frankie' Wilcoxson. His maternal grandparents were Daniel Wilcoxson and Sarah 'Sallie' Faulkner. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named William, Jesse, Daniel, Seth, Sarah 'Sally', Nancy, Ann, Mary 'Polly', Malinda, Frances, Jane and Martha. He died at the age of 53 on January 12th, 1856.-
