William Athey Bowers 
William Athey was born in January 1868 in Weakley.1 William Athey's father was John Francis Marion Bowers and his mother was Juddy Ann Carolyn "Sudia" Bradberry. His maternal grandparents were John Henry , Sr Bradberry and Susan Taylor. He had four brothers and a sister, named Yancy, John C., Davis Allen, Edward J. and Nancy C.. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Edd and Martha. He died at the age of 58 on September 2nd, 1926 in Buried Sandhill Cem,Weakley Co Tn.1 General Notes
