Johann Henry Yaple 
Johann Henry was born on June 22nd, 1756 in Upper Milford Township, Northampton County (later Lehigh), Pennsylvania. Johann Henry's father was Phillip Henrich Yaple and his mother was Maria Barbara Hold. His paternal grandparents are Wolfgang Christian Jeppel and Anna Apollonia Wilhelm; his maternal grandfather was Casper Hold. He has a brother and a sister, named Johan Adam and Anna Maria. He is the second oldest of the three children. He has five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jacob, Johan Nicholas, Johannes, Johann Christian, Johann Philip and Maria.-
