Rachel was born in Westchester County, New York. Rachel's father was Benjamin Woodworth and her mother was Hannah Damon. Her paternal grandparents were Walter Woodworth and Elizabeth Rogers; her maternal grandparents were John Damon and Martha Howland. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin, Amos, Ezekiel, Caleb, Ebenezer, Ichabod, Hannah, Ruth, Judith, Margaret and Pricilla. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Robert, Deborah, Elizabeth and Mary. She died after 1740.General Notes
