Johan Jacob Wetzel 
Johan Jacob was born on October 3rd, 1770 in Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Johan Jacob's father was Johannes Wetzel and his mother is UNKNOWN Hannah. His paternal grandparents were Conrad Wetzel and Anna Catharine Bayer. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Daniel, Conrad, Johannes Jr., Henry, Johan Adam, Catherine, Anna Marie, Benigna, Elizabeth and Magdalena. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 64 in August 1835 in Butler, Ohio.-
