Johan Henry Wetzel 
Johan Henry was born on March 6th, 1799 in Union County, Pennsylvania. Johan Henry's father was Johan Heinrich Wetzel and his mother was Catharina Hein. His paternal grandparents were Johan Jacob Wetzel and Anna Maria Bassler; his maternal grandparents were Simon Hein and Maria Cordula. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Johannes, Johan Jacob, Unknown, Elisabetha and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 80 on June 13th, 1879 in Middle Creek Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on June 16th, 1879 in Rowe's Church, Middle Creek Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.-
