Agatha Strother 
Agatha was born in 1728 in King George County, Virginia. Agatha's father was William Strother and her mother was Margaret Watts. Her paternal grandparents were William Jr. Strother and Margaret Thornton; her maternal grandparents were Richard Watts and Mary Blagg. She had five sisters named Alice, Elizabeth, Margaret Madison, Anne and Jane. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had a half-brother named Peter. She died at the age of 94 in 1822.General Notes

According to Thomas Marshall Green's "Historic Families of Kentucky" :
"A fourth daughter of William Strother of Stafford, was the wife of John
Madison, the first clerk of Augusta, some account of whose family will be
found in connection with his daughter Margretta Madison,
wife of Judge William McDowell."
