John Henry Stoudt 
John Henry was born on May 17th, 1780 in Bern Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. John Henry's father was Jacob Stout and his mother was Margaretha Catherine Spohn. His paternal grandparents were Johann Michael Stoudt and Maria Barbara Houghen; his maternal grandparents were Johan Heinrich Spohn and UNKNOWN Catherine. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John Jacob, John Adam, Daniel, Maria, Elizabeth, Anna Margareth, Barbara and Catherine. He is the fifth oldest of the nine children.-
